Mmmmmm

I don't mean to throw any gas in the fire but it could mean many things. Among them, that they want to close shop, It can be a legal maneuver in the presence of litigation, it can represent a change of management, etc. Who knows right now.

I'm not certain of this, but I think that this section 652 dissolution is used mainly by the Registrar of Companies in the case of those firms who have clearly not been trading for some time. In the case of St.C iba blah it is already overdue filing accounts WebCHeck - Select and Access Company Information
This accords with what I have been told - that the school finished quite a few months ago; but I can't vouch for the accuracy of the source.

not sure what it means.. but before anyone else jumps in with rumors... no the school hasn't closed... new semester just started... and believe it or not.. there are actually new students that came (please don't start the arguement about why they came etc..) i'm pro this school... and survived the PL crisis... but even i don't reccomend this school yet... but there are very positive steps that have happened, and hopefully will continue to happen but WAY too early to give the green light

Hi - I'm trying to find out what the current state of play is at St Christopher's. Is it still going, and can you get to do clinical rotations at NHS hospitals in the UK, around Luton?

oh ***** Boy the pipes the pipea are calling
from scam to scam, this school is a fraud

yes I've learned that this place is and always has been a scam. how a guy like ************* AKA TAFKA depending on when they posted since they changed their name made it through is a miracle. and getting radiology no less. a miracle!!! this school is a fraud. in my two weeks of banning I read it all. all the lies from BTS, from mtt, from whuds or oldpro as you would read depending on when they posted sinc ethey changed their name
no thanks. this school is a SCAM

London is great.
I'd rather my fam give a million quid and get me in the old fashioned way than go to Lutonistan

Check what JadedDoc had to say in the ?? thread in this forum. It's very accurate regarding the current situation of SCIMD-COM. As far as rotations in the UK for SCIMD-COM students, NHS or not, there aren't any. With the GMC ban in place the hospitals in the UK won't touch SCIMD-COM students with a 10 foot pole.

Basically PL originally formed the company to be able to enter into contracts, have a bank account, etc. This is the dissolution of that limited liability company only, not of the school itself.
