The only way PL or TP would have anyone's transcripts now is via having stolen the computer hard drives in the UK which they had ordered their cronies to do back at the time when the MUA merger was first "announced" by PL. I have 3 classmates as well as several eye witnesses who saw one former secretary employed by PL and another that he had allegedly made a business partner -- brazenly walk into the school and cart off computer equipment, hard drives, and school files. All of this happened despite JF's lawsuit in the UK, (which supposedly had an injunction on anyone entering the building)

Speaking of JF's lawsuit, here is what he ended up doing with the money that he collected from the students:

so students who went to this school got raped financially many times -- once by PL and his mistress TP. Than by our "christian" savior JF who took students money and made himself a nice side business from it.

no just because he opened up a new buisness doesn't mean he stole money... or used that money to start it up...

but....

i have e-mails from him saying that once his case is done he would refund peoples money.... as far as i know no one got money back... and i know he got a decent chunk of money...

also i know that he received money from PL as part of the settlement to cover his lawsuit costs... still nothing back to students

also i know that he decided to drop out of school to become a "consultant" and was paid a LARGE sum of money by SCIMD to help secure some rotations which never happened and the money was never returned...

also i know that he is currently being paid alot of money by IAUA (or whatever that new school is) to be a "consultant" and he gave them the rotations he promised to set up for SCIMD...

and lets not forget the money he and his friend tried to extort out of SCIMD for the website that was created partly by them

and this is only what i know for a fact and not even half of the rumors of the scams he was trying to pull on everyone involved...

turned out JF was only looking out for himself during this whole mess and was trying to get rich quick...

You are right, however I am not saying he took the students money straight up and got seed money for his new 'business' but rather, chose to settle with PL behind the students back and got paid and bought off by PL to make his suit go away. If I am wrong, than I would like someone to please bring evidence disproving me on this point.
Some of his other business partners transferred to Ross, yet to this day not one student has been refunded a dime for contributing to the lawsuit as promissed and despite the settlement between JF and PL.

this is a misconception or mis-understanding people have...

JF's case didn't go away... JF actually did win the "freeze" order which was the first part of his lawsuit... and won money to cover his legal costs (which was his settlement)...

PL offered JF money to drop it completely but JF got greedy and thought that he was going to make millions... problem was that PL was smart enough not to keep money in the UK.. all profits and money was sent back to the US through all of his companies.. once JF's lawyers in the UK did some digging and found that there was no real money there... he dropped the damages case because there was no money to be won...

by that time the rest of us had already started the case in the US where the money was and JF tried to weasel into thing here but got stopped quickly by everyone else...

just to show what a weasel JF really is.. he offered the lawyer of the rest of the students 50k to drop them as clients and take him on instead.... obviously the lawyer laughed as this is completely un-ethical and rediculous


as everyone see's now.. the US suit is actually making alot of headway in getting the students their money back...

so basically it is P L jr, well he learned from the master...wonder if jf introduces himself as a ER doc? great news on thne Us side, students may actually win out of this one and it hopefully sets precedent for any of the other 30 shady schools in the Caribbean with offices in the US

well he must have told someone he is an MD.. bc one of those court docs refer to him as Dr F as far as i know JF never finished his 4th year.. and never passed any of the boards...

it really is great news on the US side.. this doesn't just affect the shady schools but even the bigger more established schools... screw enough people over on the islands or a different country.. it will come back and bite you where it hurts.. in the wallet...

there is some p[recedent there also. in the early 80's auc was sued by a student in the Us and he won his tuition back so suing a foreign school is possible as shown by these two things. you are right the established schools need to watch out too... at least the cali, ny, staffords keep them minimally honest
