You need to read with better understanding. The document stated PL was named owner for tax reasons. It's the distribution % that important, which by the way they didn't address.

Proper prospective

I just think we should maintain proper prospective here. The school minus the old admin is moving forward and doing well. The transcript issue began shortly after the split. Some students found themselves caught in a tug of war between the old admin and the school. There's been several rumors as to why some former students aren't getting their transcripts. Some have posted that the old admin destroyed them which must not be true because you said in a post that you called him and were able to get yours in a few days. I doubt he has access to the school's computers, offices or staff so he must of had the info stored some where. Which might be why the school has not been able to get them to the proper owners...the students. Even Az posted in the past that the old admin claimed to own them. Who knows...but hopefully the judge will be able to sort it out. Everyone wants to see that happen and if a judge can help I say, 'go for it'. It might get sticky for a while because the old admin is REALLY good at telling stories but the school will prevail. After the dust settles they'll still be standing. So, let's stay mindful of the fact that none of this has to do with the school today....it's just a past issue that needs to be sorted out and luckily, soon it will be. Actually, in a very warped way you are helping them.

No this isn't true

the NJ office had been closed for some time when you made your post. You had gone to F.S. office, etc. prior to calling the old admin....remember what you told us. With the old office's number disconnected I wondered how you got ahold of him. Also, other students posted here that they had called the NJ office regarding info after the GMC investigation began and they did not find it professional at all. Remember the posts in those days...no one answered and when one guy did he appeared not to know anything at all about the investigation and so on.

What I think you are looking for is that PL was still in possession of student files at that time and unlike FS or the Senegalese the office functioned at a much higher professional level.

????

One version has unfolded. We've heard from one side of this case. Seen the documents they submitted to the judge. Remember there are two sides to every story and two sets of attorneys. Usually the side that is calm, quiet and wearing a slight grin is the one holding the winning hand. The fact that we haven't heard from anyone from St. Chris today speaks volumes.

Percentages...

However you state on an earlier post..."FS walked away with 1.6M, PL 900K, and TP 300K. I guess this answers the question of who took the money? I also have the documentation of returned funds leaving the final count at FS 1.6M, PL 600K, and TP 150K."

If FS walked away with 1.6M, PL with 900k and TP with 300k, but the returned funds were...FS 1.6M, PL 600k and TP 150k. It means PL pocketed 300k and TP 150k...correct? How does that make evident that FS took the funds? Can you clarify this?

none of this information is new to any of the st chris students really... most of this has been known for a long time.

PL, FS, TP have all been subpoenad to finally settle up where the rest of the money is...

and now everyone will finally start to believe me when i said that PL had all kinds of dummy companies set up to channel away money... as seen with his "real estate" company

and the news that FS took money is not new information either.. everyone knew that... and i think that when all the bank accounts and all the tracing of the money comes to light... they will all be equally guilty of taking the money... and probably alot more than people here realize...which again is not new to any of the st chris kids...

Just to clarify things... the courts actually asked to have the documents posted up here on VMD because it seems to be a place that enough of the former students come that they actually ordered that it be put up here... they also ordered that all the documents be sent to ROSS, and AUA also...

if i get permission to post up the bar order with the deadlines and full orders i will.. but since its not mine we'll wait and see...

so again.. none of this is new... but the important thing is that finally PL gave up the files and now students can finally start getting transcripts processed and move on with their lives... and this forum can RIP...

sick of spin

When are you guys going to learn that spin doesn’t work. The truth is the school is moving forward and doing well despite the fact that they have to spend so much time cleaning up the old admin’s messes. This thread is actually very good news…it should be the last hurled in dealing with the guy. I’m sure the case has been assigned to an excellent judge. Looking forward to reading the final verdict. No doubt it will be Azrealist who posts it. Soap and Az aren’t going to like the outcome.

that depends on your situation and weither or not FS has a copy of your file or PL/TP took it before he could get a hold of it

No matter what your situation, if FS has a complete file on you, then you call him.

If FS doesn't have a complete file then it depends on what you want.

If you want an unofficial copy then you can call the recevier and they'll send it to anywhere you want (i think they're charging $25.. but not sure). Ross and AUA have already said that these are not acceptable for them so i'm guessing it useless, but maybe thats all you need.

If you want an official transcript and FS doesn't have your file then you need to contact the receiver, have him send it to FS who will process it, send it to senegal for approval and then have an official transcript produced.

if you're in a different situation than the above, then say so and i'll try to get an answer for you
