you just have to forgive minus an apology and focus forward. Looks like you guys are working hard to get St. Chris on a solid foundation. It has to be hard cleaning up someone else's mess while trying to gain and maintain. Keep up the good work!!!

Nothing new

I mean, you waited 10 days to basically get an email saying what the DFES website already says.

DfES Register of providers

The Department for Education and Skills has developed a register of publicly funded, and private, learning providers in the UK. The Register of Education and Training Providers is a list of education and training providers in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. Providers on this Register have been assessed as meeting the criteria defined by the Department as part of the registration process. Any college, other education or training institution, recruiting international students who require student visas, is welcome to apply for registration.

IMPORTANT: The Register does not quality assure or accredit in any way the learning provision of any registered providers. Registration does not imply quality standards and should not be used in marketing. We reserve the right to remove organisations from the Register for such use.
The registration process is one of continual assessment and those failing to maintain such standards will be subject to review. Failure of continuing compliance with the criteria may lead to removal from the Register.

So much for the wait.

Next please!

The Register of Education and Training Providers (usually called the
Register) is a list of colleges including universities and private
education providers in the UK. The purpose of the Register is to help
the Home Office tackle immigration abuse in the education sector. The
Home Office will not grant anyone leave to enter or remain in the UK as
a student, or leave to study to an overseas student national, unless he
or she is intending to study at a college on the Register.

However, just because a college is on the Register this DOES NOT MEAN
THAT THERE IS ANY GUARANTEE of the quality of education available at
that college. THERE IS NO AUTOMATIC QUALITY ASSURANCE OR ACCREDITATION
OF COLLEGES ON THE REGISTER.

Kind Regards

As one of the "older than dirt" crowd on this forum (both in terms of shear age and the fact that I have been involved on the forum since it was the other forum - network54!) I'd love to know why AZSkeptic is still trying to discredit and continually undermine this school and its poor students??!!

The school has undergone an academic and Legal Tsunami. The trash has been thrown out, the senegalese have initiated a successful coup, and from what I see the school is trying to do everything in a step by step fashion in a above the board manner.

So, why are you still harassing these students and this school? Leave them to their studies...Please. Thank you!
