Angry from my own eyes...

I made the mistake of wanting to rush into medical school and get sarted and put some faith in the whole SC-IMD situation and was hearing from students there that things were getting much better and the building was coming up nicely.

However, when I went to apply for my student visa at the New York British Consulate they denied me bc they said the school SC-IMD wasnt regisered with the UK dept of education and recieved no application or demand from them. So I was frustrated and decided to go visit F***z S***k in his office and walked into this office inside a townhouse in manhattan..UNREAL. This office was a makeshift apt. with old floors..two women sitting on their cell phones a box of files on the floor and a fax macine inthe corner with 3 broken computers. It was ridiculous, the amount of trash this office was. After speaking with him..I realized that the fall class incoming will have NO ONE..no one can get a visa and F***z himself said if you can go somewhere else then go.

So Beware...take your time and go to any other school.

1) So you walked in and they sat you down and asked you to try out the computers- and then you realized they were broken and got upset? Or you have a power to just "sense" when there's a broken computer around?

2) We're all still trying to understand this statement- "It was ridiculous, the amount of trash this office was." I can't tell- are you mad or just bad at expressing yourself when it comes to putting thoughts into written word?

why should this person be reprimanded about what he saw and his own personal experience? what kills me about this whole thing since day one is that people fail to realize the truth especially when it is staring them right in the face. so what are you going to do now, defend the school? say things like, "the school is up and running, the school still exists, St. Chris students are in competitive residencies". Please, give it up. St. Chris is what it is what it is. That's it. I am not bashing the school. there is a big difference when telling false things and flaming the school especially when all or most in part about it is false, and there is a very BIG difference when bad things exist in truth. Until St. chris sits up and stays up, drama will always follow this school. The advice that Mr. F**** gave to you about attending another school, do yourself a huge favor and take the advice, it's the only good "education" you are ever going to receive from this so-called institution.

It is good to read that at least someone went to their office. I though that office never exist! I believe what you wrote, now I understand why when you call they can't put you on hold, and why they never answer emails, BC they are lacking of basic office equipment. The people that still there are working very hard to help the school. It is very easy to work in a nice enviroment, with all the supplies, equipment, and no "fiasco history", etc. I take this opportunity to say that I do not blame them ( the ones that still there) for what happend to me, but I also advise you to take your time and research a good school and go somewhere else... DO NOT give money until you are sure!

this was kind of wrong, after blaming the school for weeks for not giving you a refund, it would have been good form when they did something good.

it is easy to jump on all the shady things SC has done in the past, but if they are trying then why not help them out by saying they did something honorable?

of course this could have been a cheerleader called the school and asked to refund her the money since she was posting negative things...who knows

also an office is expensivbe to start, there are few students left at the school, and the king of pins has all the cash so its not surprising for that description of an office.

SC was never a 'first choice' school (based on objective measures), it sure isn't one now but new management can make a huge difference. hopefully in a few semesters there will be an office staff with flatscreen monitors in manhattan..until then if they are actually doing right give em a break..

there are still students at this school, if it is trying to survive and doing it right things they do right should be talked about along with the drama.

there is no manhattan office for SCIMD... you most likely went to the previous accounting office for FS which is currently being broken down to merge into the brand new long island office... as everyone already knows, SCIMD is going through an obvious transition... it's too bad FS didn't rent a banquet hall to meet with you and your parents since his old office didn't meet your expectations.

and blyth, excellent pickup on the broken computers! i thought that was hilarious!
