Max

Does he own St. Eustatius? There was once a business license posted with his name on it for Xavier? Are you sure he isn't involved in that school in some way?

Per a student who still goes to this school in Luton, the latest rumor that I have heard is that PL is now starting a new school in Costa Rica. Can anyone confirm this?

regards,
g

I have family friends in Costa Rica, they are americans that live there. I know it is very easy to move there, because you can have both citizenships (Costa Rica and US).
Do you have a hint, where in Costa Rica?
What about the legal situation? Is he able to go there even though he is facing a legal process?

Gennossa: you seem to know much about SC situation. Do you think He can get away from all the problem?

Not in Costa Rica

He won't be able to hide there for too long. The moment any state or federal charges are brought against him either for fraud he won't walk away from this. It is a matter of gathering the right evidence against him and have a gutsy prosecutor willing to do it.

I am sure

He provided management services for Xavier on a consulting basis in lieu for a spot in the board of directors. It was more like a favor to a friend kind of thing during the boom in offshore school of a couple of years ago. Everyone wanted a piece of action, and he exploited the oportunity.

Nope he does not own St. E. Az has been accused of that too, but it is not true either.

The thing is that STUDENTS will continue to follow owners like this and go to their medical schools. That is the amazing thing also,eh? Why? ignorance, desperation or a spirit of adventure? an inquiring mind wants to know

Cool

It's nice to finally know the truth. Thank you for setting the record straight.

It creates a cultist mentality among students-followers.

what difference does it really make? In the next 10-15 years most offshore Caribbean/African/etc. schools will be forced into extinction in my opinion. The reason being that most US local schools are filling in the gap by increasing enrollment. Just recently the AAMC called for a 30% increase in enrollment of US med schools. Some schools have already answered to the AAMC's call. Also, it almost seems like we get a new Osteopathic school every other year as well. The future for all offshore school looks bleak in my opinion.
