Then in 2000 P.L. approached prospective partners in Senegal. The four of them went in as co-owners with plans of opening a school a 2nd medical school in senegal which would have a satelite campus in the U.K. SCSM was a different school completely. P.L. tried to preserve as much of the name as possible to enable the old students to transfer to SCCM while making it seem they had not transferred. Those who completed schooling from 1998-2000 under the supposed Malawian school are not recognized by any authority however, as a member of the board, P.L. was able to give them transfer credit. I believe M.O. is one of these students, but he does not appear to be having any problems thus far. __________________ ....Life in the key of Eb

Yes
I remember because it was around the time P.L. graduated from now defunct Grace (a really bad omen here).

It never went through
Interesting how P.L. attempted to fool the UCN by falsely claiming that St. Christopher was a British University. The first paragraph says so, That "UCN signed an important agreement with the "pretiguous English higher education institution St. Christopher College of Medicine." Yeah, right, and my last name is Bonaparte!
A little bit about this venture, notice the date, February 14 2006, about the same time P.L. was desperately looking for a new charter and business partner because things were already getting tough with Senegal. This agreement was nothing but an attempt of S.C. under P.L. to sign an agreement and try to piggyback a Nicaraguan charter. It did not work. Why? The Nicaraguans found out after Mr. P.L. failed to come up with some fees. More interesting is the mention of Vanguard University too. By the way, what happened to Vanguard? I believe is sleeping with the fish. Point of clarification, Xavier does not belong to P.L. I am dang sure about that. Info, P.M. me since I wont discuss any details here. Quote:
