Vermont Licensure

I contacted Vermont a while back and I wasn't going to share this, but I think it would be selfish of me if I didn't but I was sent an official letter (in which I photocopied and sent to Allan **** because he was unaware of it when I told him what they told me).

Anyway, the Vermont Board of Medical Practice enclosed a copy of the Medical Board of California, Division of Licensing, Recognized Carribean/Dominican Republic Medical Schools and Disapproved Schools. They stated in a formal letter addressed to me that, "This listing is the list currently being used by the Vermont Board of Medical Practice. In addition, they enclosed a copy of the Rules for State of Vermont. "

I'm not exactly sure if this means that Vermont licensing would not be favorable for St. Chris but if they are using this list and St. Chris is not recognized by California. Does that mean that St. Chris graduates won't be able to get licensed in Vermont?????

i think you guys are looking at it in the wrong light. i would assume all states negative until proven otherwise. you are falling into the schools trap of emphasizing an unproved positive. all states should be assumed bad until you personally speak with the state or see it in writing that st chris would have no problem.

this school has simply not been forthcoming, at best, and at worst been outright decietful. don't take the "theoretical 44" for granted either...

Georgia is making their decision soon as well, correct?

That's what I was told. But neil is right, everything is still up in the air. We don't know what to expect until someone applies for licensing. But neil, this at least gives us a better idea of what to expect, that's all.
