Thread: 2 Bedroom Apartment Available

Hi guys,

We have a two bedroom apartment available less than 10 minutes from school. The apartment is in excellent condition. It is just like a US apartment, which is rare for Luton. Hardwood floors throughout, huge windows, fully furnished. The rooms are a good size and the living/dining room is quite large as well. Pictures can be provided upon request. Rent is 675 pounds per month and includes 40 pounds worth of utilities free. Water is also free and it is managed by the agency so if you need any repair work, it goes through very fast.

This apartment is available starting December 15th. Its on a first come/first serve basis- I'm sorry, but we can't hold. You must be here in person to sign the lease, which is good through May, at which time you can choose to renew it if you like.

Hey guys,

Just wanted to update this. The letting agent we have our place through now has an online tour and you can rent through their program. We are no longer required to do it person, so if anyones interested, let me know.

hey is that 675 per room or for the whole apartment? and where can i see the virtual tour? i'm totally interested so let me know. thanks

We arent looking for roommates- the whole unit is available for rent. Its a two bedroom apartment that you can either choose to live on in your own or share with a roommate. The rent is 675 for the whole apartment, not per room. Thanks
