Question Looking for one more female house mate

Question Need a Place to Crash
I just got accepted for the Jan '06 semester...do you still have a room available? If so, where are you located and how long is the walk to campus?

Talking There is one room available for a female tenant...
Hi,

There is one room available as of right now. It is for $480 if there are four us gals. I think the walk to campus is 7-10 minutes. The present tenant needs two references and a letter from parents stating that they will financially responsible if you do not pay the rent and also that you are wanting to live at that house.
