Anyway, what's the problem? Do you want to become physician or parade at an emotional ceremony to impress your parents and friends?

Spartan is something as 4500$/semester. That's the deal. And don't forget, any ceremony of any med school, is directly paid from your pocket.

Look at previous posted some may be 1-2 yrs old read back....
not much has changed for living conditions.

Only current changes are ownership, a must pass Step1 before starting clinicals and possible 5th trimester for basic sciences for a total of 10 trimesters like most Caribbean schools now.

I try to check post but far in few in between and I try to answer questions or PM's but I am currently very busy. Just to make a note last time I was on ValueMD was almost 1 year ago....

Spartan is affordable with direct flights...nice island, good peeps...bad rep but improving with new owners...same management...upgraded faculty...still the cheapest...new hospital sites in the US (same sites as Ross, AUC and St. Matts!) at one third the price...no NY, CA approval though...still a good thing relative to what it has been.

Keep chugging along...back to the dungeon

I wouldn't be at Spartan if it weren't for the price to tell you the truth.
That was my #1 factor. I don't know about you guys but my #2 is the 27-28 years the school has been around. It should not disappear soon like some early schools only known for 1-5 yrs. Do your research on IMED and FAIMER you will see hundreds of schools...and out of all those I chose this one. It gets the job done. I don't need to advertise for the school because it is great with the small class size as specialK says and price. If the price was more, 95% chance I would be at another school.

If you want to be a doctor you can do it at any school. But if you want to be a Dermatologist, Plastic Surgeon, Radiologist...you still have a chance but you have to score the 99 in Step 1,2,3 etc...
