I am not student but I researched schools and can share my personal thoughts on the subject:

Spartan gave golden opportunity to serious students to be successful physicians and the hard working serious ones made it to top places like Columbia,Cornell,Vanderbuilt, among others in faculty positions, directors like Layola peds endo dept,Bostons FD director...etc.
However, you ask:what the school have done for its students and grads compare to other carribean schools?NY clinical opportunities?California clinical opportunities and licensures,Florida clinical opportunities, loan programs stability, even if you look at its website you see that the last time they updated their Alumni list in June 2004!!!!Going to any carribean school including the top ones filled with road blocks and frustrations and no one needs extra problems.......

I do not mean to be negative or positive,I just want to share thoughts.

Personal opinion.

Hey, thanks for the reply yeah i guess any carribean medical school is going to have a tough transition. And you have a valid point yes if you study hard you will make it to the top, but thats going to be up to that indivdual to do that. I want to make the right decsion and i think i can with spartan. One has to work hard to succeed. thanks..
