roommate needed for September (a/c, cable t.v., 2 min walk to school)

Hey,

I"m a first trimester student, going into second and need a roommate. The room has a brand new A/C, cable TV, closet, desk, queen sized bed and a lock. The price is 550EC (about 200$ U.S. or 260$ CDN) plus electricty... (usually another 80$ u.s.) ...

I'm Canadian, not that it matters....
