Does anybody have any idea how this place has an ACGME accredited program for family medicine? I can't find it under Jackson Park Hospital as a participating institution. Is this place even an actual Hospital?

Anyone rotate with this group? If so, where did you live so that you didn't have to commute too far to get to all of their clinics?

I am rotating next through Jackson Park at Illinois Masonic Medical Center in the field of Geriatric Medicine. It is in the lincoln park area, not near Jackson Park Hospital at all. Check and see where all their electives/Cores are offered. If you lived in the lincoln park area or downtown chicago prices range from 800 - 1500 a month depending on what you are looking for or get. The commute to jackson park in the morning is probably an hour because of traffic. I have a meeting there next monday and can let you know how long it takes, if you care. One of my friends doing a rotation now out here (family practice) at Mt. Sinai lives with a random family in the spare bedroom and pays 750 for the 6 weeks, they even cook him dinner! so look around you might be able to find something out here
