The AVMA recently issued their report on SGU DVM program, however, I haven't read any official news. I just heard some info from the class reps. I was wondering if any of you guys had some more definitive news.

Funny you should post. I ran into the Dean recently and asked if the report was in and he confirmed what you just said.

I tried to pause to see if he would offer any more detailed information, but he offered none. He did say that we were about 1.5 years away from the next visit, which is what he has always said.

I don't know if or what they will tell us regarding details. Obviously...not this term.

Also, AVMA reps said that we need to expand our research activities. This might be hard to do since the NIH probably won't give grants. Thus, it would leave the researchers to seek funding from private companies and perhaps some international veterinary entities.

I'm really waiting to see what the official report said...
