Penn: Undergrad transcripts, SGU transcripts, Personal interview, but I am not sure about LOR's...I don't think so.
Ohio State: Requires interview but I am not sure exactly how selective they are.
Minnesota: They recently added the requirement of a telephone interview. I heard a rumor that this was because of an "incident" either from a Ross or SGU student but am not sure of its validity. As long as you're above 2.0, I don't think they are extremely selective, but not entirely sure.
As far as I know, that is it. During your 5th term you will be given a sheet to fill out with your top 3 choices and you'll hear about your acceptance / non acceptance during 6th term, sometimes earlier. While speaking with Dr. B (the prof in charge of placing all students) he said that if you're above 3.0 you should be able to go just about anywhere with the few exceptions listed above.
I was told that they send SGU grades with the "student request" which includes cumulative grades, grades in 5th term up thru midterms, and usually grades as of the end of 5th term. Woohoo...that means we can screw around during 6th term!
I am pretty sure this info is pretty close to accurate, but I don't always pay too much attention to details.
