Kern isn't offered to the fall class anymore because they had a gpa and usmle min requirement (3.2 and 210 usmle), and wanted scores in before July (which is pretty impossible with not enough time for board preparation), so it is not only open for spring classes and only has 5-7 spots.
Providence is not an option any more because a US med school has requested to increase the amount of students that rotate there. These reasons are per the dean of clinical studies. |

Does anyone know if there is a GPA and/or USMLE minimum requirement to do rotations at any hospitals in NJ? I know that you have to pass the step 1 before you can start in NJ but are there any other minimums?
