Room will be available on June 1st or after. Helping my landlord to look for someone to take over my rental. Looking for a female roomate. Rent is 650/month.
It is located only 1 block away from RUMC and you can walk to work each day.
The room for rent is the smaller room of a 2 bedroom apartment. It is fully furnished. You will share the kitchen and bathroom. Cable TV, heat, gas, water and internet is included. The electric bill is split each month and I have been paying about 20 each month. There is no lease to sign, pay month to month.
