Does anyone have the list of hospitals available year 3 and 4 for students that start in January vs. students that start in August?

4th year every hospital that offers an elective is available regardless of term.

you can look on the clinical website and see the start dates for the may and aug starts and it gives you an idea of which hospitals are available to the respective terms...but remember these are subject to change...
