I don’t know how this pertains to this question but when I was trying to schedule an elective at UT-Huston and talked to the clinical coordinator, she told me that at this time, it was around April, UT-Huston was not accepting students from the Caribbean, and she specifically said “even SGU students cannot apply”. I am from SMU.
She did say that they were working on it

i was refering to UT Houston in particular. They said no sgu students....if you guys have a green light, great....
