Lutheran rotations

anyone wanna write about their experiences at Lutheran? I heard their surgery rotation in great but I haven’t heard much about anything else. How's the neighborhood? If 50 of us start in August how do they decide who starts on what rotation? (for example, in august, will I start on med, psych, surg?)

Thanks!

in general the hospitals decide what order the students assigned to a hospital do their rotations. Some are flexible, some aren't- sorry don't know how Luthern is about that.

Yes and No. Lutheran itself runs a DO surgery program, but Downstate sends a team of residents there every month, so you'll get the ACGME accrediation through Downstate, and not Lutheran.
