Hi guys, I'm wondering if it's too late to apply for September 2008? I see from other posts that there are spots remaining. I've just started a third degree in respiratory therapy, but if I could get in for September I'd gladly jump ships.

My stats: Undergrad GPA 3.0, Science about the same, MCAT 32Q (10/11/11). I am also a primary care paramedic (GPA from that 32 credit program was 4.0, but it was at a college not a university so i dont know if that counts). I have lots of clinical experience and volunteer experience in health care among other fields.

If it's too late for September, would I be competitive for January 2009? Would January be a good start date if I want to write MCCQE/MCCEE and enter a Canadian residency?

Thanks!

Thanks for the advice.....I think. The weather is not my primary concern, I just happen to prefer warmer climates than Canada. I am also unsure as to why I should "stay a CRNA....really"? I am not exactly sure how to take that!

What are my Chances at SABA????

Hi,
here's the situation. I've recently got accepted to Sint Eustatius. yaaay!!! But I'm still on the fence about actually attending fall 08 semester. I want to apply to saba, so here are the hardcore facts about me and where I stand:

Cum Gpa: 2.70
1st MCAT Score:11M
2nd MCAT Score: 15N
Currently working as a research and development associate for a PH.D, Gaining valuable laboratory experience and hopefully a cool letter of Reccomendation
Community service at homeless shelters, Aids clinic.

What are my chances at this school.

Thanks.
