Laptop Recom....
Hey All!

For those currently on the Island, what do you recommend I get with the laptop:

1. Windows Home or Professional?
2. 40GB or more?
3. Memory: 256MB/512MB/more...?
4. Processor: Pentium only?

You guys who rely on your laptops, let us know what you would recommend. Any and all information will be greatly appreciated... from all those starting this year.

doesn't matter, except you want 512mb of ram at least.

get 802.11g/b definitely

I'll be attending in January. How is the school wired for the internet. Do I need an ethernet card. Is there any wireless connections. Or is the school strictly using dial-up
