Can I live off campus with my family for 1st sem?

Bringing a family...wife and two young boys..Am I required to live on campus for the 1st sem or do I need to plan on getting out there in time to locate a rental house for us? Thanks for your great post. I have learned more here than from any other source!

Off Campus

You can live off camous if you are accompanied by your family. I would recommend that you go ahead and get in touch with the local housing coordinator and tell her what you need and see what she has. She doesn't have everything that's avaialable on the island, but she can give you an idea what to expect. I woukd recommend that you don't commit to a long lease until you have seen the place.

Best of Luck!

housing 1st semester

hi again crna:

i am starting saba in may and i will be living off campus with my husband. you do not have to live in the dorm if you have family coming to saba with you. the housing coordinator is exptremely helpful when it comes to finding apartments on saba. i got a 1 bdrm for 750.00, which we thought was very reasonable. however, there were cheaper places and a few homes that were a little more expensive. hope this helps!!
