    Application Status

    Hello:

I have applied and have been interviewed. As far as informing the applicant regarding his/her decision for admission, does Saba normally call or email the student, along with sending them a formal letter. Or do they simply just send out letters and no phone calls/emails. This message is for anyone who has been accepted to the university. Please respond. I will greatly appreciate it.

    Letter

I received a letter in about 3 or 4 days. I have heard of people getting a phone call as well.

    Best of Luck!

How long does it usually take for the decision to arrive? My letter was sent out on the 11th of March, and I still havent received it.

    acceptance

After my interview, I was told that due to confidentiality they could not tell me over email or phone. I thought that was strange due to the fact that so many on here have said they got a phone call. I interviewed on a Wed., got my packet on friday a week later (they had the wrong zip code).

    .....

My interview was on March 3rd. I called the admissions office yesterday, and they told me that the response was sent out on the 11th, which was Friday. Anyway, I'm located in NYC, and if I understand correctly the mail is coming from Massachusets. But my real concern I guess is the amount of time that it is actually taking. It seems that many people who were accepted to SABA heard back almost right away, some people even received a phone call. Usually bad news travels fast, but in this case it seems the other way around.

    Don't Sweat It

I know it's hard to wait for that letter, but give yourself a break and just sit back and relax. There is nothing you can do right now.

Don't try to interpret the results by how long it takes the letter to get to you (maybe try tea leaves 8) ).

You'll get it soon and go on to the next step.

    Best of Luck!
