Information Regarding Entrance Requirements!

Hey guys,

I am planning on applying to SABA for January semester for Basic Science Program. However, i am a litlle confused about my eligibility. I do not have a Bachelor degree but do possess an International Baccalaureate Diploma from Florida who i completed along with my High School Diploma . I took Higher Level Chemistry, Biology and Calculus in my final year of IB program. Does that qualify me for Basic Science program at Saba?

Any help is appreciated

IB does not equal **/BA

The best thing would be to call Gardner themselves and talk to someone in the admission office. The way I understand it, is that IB program doesn't fulfill all the Pre-Med requirements, such as:

1 year Chemistry
1 year Organic Chemistry
1 year Biology
1 year Physics
1 year English
1 year Math

Again, call Gardner. They are very friendly and they can help you out. Their phone number is on their website www.saba.edu

Good luck

Word of advice

snookkingfish112,

This shall prove to be one of the most helpful forums in your pursuit of medical school acceptance and various other topics. This Saba forum helped me a lot in regards to my questions and concerns and I am happy to say I am starting in January 2005.

However, please note as Doctor2007 stated - questions specific to admissions requirements, financial matters, etc... are best answered by the main Gardner office. People on this forum shall definitely help out but such formal and very important questions regarding your future should be discussed with the official Saba office.

Cheers and best of luck!
