I would really appreciate any information.
When I asked the lady at the DawnII she told me that it'll take about half an hour to get from the airport to the boarding area. So if you are landing at 3:40 and it takes an hour to get through immigration, you may have a problem.

And not if the bridge is up. It goes up on a schedule, 10, 12, 12:30, and some times in the afternoon, including around 5. I don't recall specifically, but the traffic is worse than in Los Angeles (and so are the drivers)

Austin Travel or other Travel Agency, it would not matter! You would find yourself flying a small propeller airplane over 50 years old taking 20 passengers when its full! Make sure you pray whenever you need to land on that short strip of land, called "runway".

Good Luck

thanks rdecastro and sunnyks14 for the information.

I got an earlier time flight now, and am taking the 5 pm Dawn II ferry. The ferry people warned that it would be a rough ride and to take sea-sickness med before. lol.

oh can someone recommend any cheap places to stay on Saba for 2 days. My dad will be accompanying me for 2 days. I checked online and it seems Scouts and El Momo are a bit cheaper, but I dont know how far they are from the school/dorm etc. I have to search a little more, but can someone please suggest something?

My parents are staying at El Momo. It seemed like a cheaper alternative. From what I was told from when I called, most of the places are around the same distance away from the school.

Queens Garden is in the Bottom (more or less), all the other hotels are in Windwardside. None are really walking distance, but you're more likely to get a ride from Windwardside.

Hi... I am also travelling with my son (as an extra suitcase) on the 31st and helping him get situated at the school, ... (that's what I told my wife anyway) .. Just needed a little break, but I have a reservation at Juliana's Hotel for 4 nights... Room rate is pretty reasonable at $75.00 / day all taxes and service fees in. Received a discount because I mentioned my son was attending the university You also receive a breakfast which is also a bonus. As long as the facility is clean and I don't have to share a bathroom it works for me....
I believe, correct me if I'm wrong, that it is only a hop, skip and a stumble from Scout's Place, downhill both ways????
Check out their website!!! Virtual Map of Windwardside - Saba - Dutch West Indies - The Caribbean
Good Luck!
