The sharper readers of Margie's otherwise good post noticed that, in effect, she said that as a member of "admin", the person who dropped everything to take her and her father around campus and made sure that as many students and profs as he could find would also stop what they were doing to visit with her, that that kind and helpful person "kinda sucks". That's what was being pointed out. I bet Margie had no intention of saying that about the Assistant Dean and someone pointed it out in a post. If you two think that's being mean and overly critical, I suggest you think it through a little more and realise that feedback can be a gift. It's a useful revelation for grownups and med students.

Huh? I didn't get that out of the original post at all, but then I'm maybe not the sharpest crayon in the box...I thought she was relating other people's comments about administration in general. Something I don't know? Ah well.

Thanks for your post, Margie!

Yeah, obviously I dont know everything about campus--just trying to post what I saw.

P.S. The assistant dean was great! =) Had a great chat with him about everything.

And by administration they meant it as the people running the show in gardner, not the faculty at the school.

Has anyone dropped from the class? If so, how many? Do you know why?
