hows the gym at saba
how big is it and what kinds of equipment do they have?

gym
the gym is at its best, barely sufficient. They have 3 treadmills, 1 step-machine, 1 bike..
they have 2 benches and a wieght machine for the upper body...
they have dumbells from 15-50Lbs and then 80 lbs.. (nothing between 50 and 80lbs)..

Oh Experienced, I miss you too.... JS_Paramedic and I were just talking about coming back to the island before we started residency. I'll be sure to sing that for you big guy. Listen if we had a little help up there maybe we wouldn't have to do the same stuff every week. Thank god for that blues camp, that really mixed it up alot after that.
