Thumbs up September 2008 Student Information Exchange
Hey guys,
Just had mine interview on tues 25th september and received my acceptance on friday ( didnt think it wud be here so soon, but i wont complain)...finally in a med school....yay

Well, i think this wud be a good place for all of us to get to know each other.....and discuss any issues....

see you guys in about a year.

hey what were your stats and how long did you wait till you got an interview?

GPA 3.55 + solid extracurricular/volunteer/work/research
From sending out my application --> Receiving acceptance letter : 2wks

eh ye.. hhmm i got a 3.0 science and overall 27 MCAT 4 co-authored publications, awarding winnin volunteer work.. solid recos.. presdient of premed societys ect.. list goes on.. i dotn know if i am gonna get an intervoew even

You'll definitely get an interview with that impressive list of academic and social achievements. Be confident! You owe it to yourself to get applying and stop feeling bad/not good enough. (p.s. they accept 3.0's all the time. ... this is the carib, remember)
