The stores don't charge anything but your credit card issuer may charge a foreign transaction fee. If you can, try to use cash on Wednesdays and Saturdays at the grocery stores because you get 10% off. I don't know of any rewards card that comes close to that.

There are a few places that charge you an extra 3% if you use a credit card. I know that the grocery stores do not do this. You will find this done in some of the restaurants. I think some of the gift stores might also do this. But I am certain that a few of the restaurants do. You can PM me if you would like the names. I don't want to give them negative pub. on here.
