The winter 2004 SABA newsletter, "The Island Stethoscope," is now out and available at:

In it is some rather promising news:

Quote:

"In January, the board of trustees approved the construction of a new classroom building and student center"..."auditorium classrooms, research facilities, large physical diagnosis clinic, additional laboratories, and several new faculty offices."

Quote:

"the current gym is only temporary and that"..."extra equipmet is destined for an even larger gym..."

In addition, there is advice regarding financial aid, travel, and other tidbits which may proved helpful to future students--like myself.

The newsletter is great. I read it on the Saba site, but today, i also got a copy in the mail. What do you guys think about the M.S. in hyperbaric medicine? I'm tempted.
