Dear Students,

Im trying to locate some off campus housing, near the school within walking distance. I am trying to avoid the dorm at all costs.
Further, I have contacted saba housing, but no replies as of yet. would any senior students be willing to offer any expert advice on the best location to live that is comfortable (studio), and fair priced?

You might see if there is an opening at Midtown Apartments. They seem nice enough and are fairly close to school. Your best bet at this point is probably going to be to find a roomate who needs a second or third. If you get to the island as early as possible you should have a pretty good shot at something other than the dorm (which, I hear, isn't bad).
