How exactly do we apply for OSAP?

I've been looking into this but didn't find any useful info. Do we need Saba financial office to assist us like how we did here in Canada?

No you have to apply by yourself with the OSAP online application. Just apply for the 52 or 54 (I cant remember) weeks. There is a code for Saba that you can find. Then when OSAP process the application, have them send it to you or the school so you can get it verified and sent back. 3 weeks later you get some money YAY!

how long prior to school start should we be looking into applying to OSAP? Or is there a deadline?

osap offers a max 210 per week, for up to 52 weeks

there isnt really a deadline to apply, but should get it done a month before the semester ends

Anyone has the OSAP approved yet? Any insight in what's happening next?

In my undergrad, our resgistrar office would give us a form to sign and to fill about the bank account info after the school has started.

Is the same going to happen in Saba?

I am not sure exactly as I have not yet applied. Have u already given Saba a form for foreign schools (from the OSAP website) to sign?
