Peds Rotation.
Hi All, I feel so silly reading my above post a few months back. But after doing the rotation at Jackson Park I realize what people before me where posting.
First of all no matter how motivated I was, if there are no patients then motivation is useless. No patients is my complain about Jackson Park, well an average of 0.3 patients/day/student. My suggestion to people have your peds rotation after step 2 and take the peds rotation time to relax after step 2. Or alternatively take this rotation during the winter holiday. Or simply to relax after doing rotations continuously. Or offcourse, STUDY for Step 2 during this rotation. |
