Varun, if you got your MBDS education in an Asian dental school, it will be not easy to get recognised it here in Russia. The problem is Dentistry study here is for 5 years, not for 4 like in India and Pakistan. So, they may ask you to sit for final MBDS year in a local university, then you will get your qualification and be eligible for postgraduate study.
In terms of medical school comparison, I would choose Nizhnyi Novgorod: they do have experience in offering Dentistry in ENglish and the academy is higher in all the national ranks
