Smile the most affordable GREAT MD program in the world

I think one of the best MD program in Russia is offered at Moscow Medical Academy - I.M. Sechnov. This is a top-rated program leading to MD in six-years starting after completion of high shool. The program is taught in English; however, student MUST speak Russian by the third academic year because during the third-year student will have to communicate with patients (almost all are Russian.) This school is more than 250 years old, number one in Russia, has a 3080-bed hospital, state-of-the-art facilities, and it is ranked numbr two by UNESCO. The MD degree earned here enable the holder to work anywhere in the world, period.
The cost of study is about $7,500 per year including books, medical insurance, and all other fees. Accomodation in 2-people per room dorm is from $300, and for food, etc. you may need an additional 200 per month. A budget of $500 per month will do ok. There is a website for the school that can be found at mma.ru; however, for addmission it is highly recommended to use an agent, one of them is Mededrussia.com or mededabroad.com I dealt with this guy and the help is great particularly with passing the entrance exam and facilitating the visa, etc. At this time there are 2 American student in the MD program and another one in the DDS program.
The steps that need to be completed to practice in the US are posted at mededrussia and it is rather very simple, the USMLE and ECFMG

There are about 60 medical schools in Russia. To claim all in total a person has to collect information about almost shools and write an article about the system with all negative details collected.
Even if you did not enjoy studying at one precise city and/or medical school, it is useful to publish explanation of your experience. This will help other applicants in their search. Otherwise, you post looks a bit usefuless.
