Ross
The only reason that an offshore school has UK rotations is to save money - they are much cheaper and spots readily available. Ross intends to train US (and Canadian) students for US practice and not UK practice. So there isn't any reason to keep contracts with UK hospitals. When you contract with a hospital often times you pay whether or not you send a student there....
