man, i don't know what to tell; i just feel like crying; been calling and calling, but still no response either via email, telephone or US mail. i can't seem to get hold of the person that i need to talk to. i don't know what to do; do i just wait for something in the mail. does the NY mail you something once you get started with your clinicals.....i hope i can get thru this strssful situation.....although i will try my best and stick it out; b/c i know Ross is the best school there is out there........

You are supposed to get in contact with the Edison, NJ office. They can help you there. No, you are not supposed to call the White House asking for George W. He doesn't handle clinicals for Ross.
