I agree, recently I have been calling and e-mailed them quite a bit. I have received both phone calls and e-mails from my conselor and the new director. The new system that encourages online application is nice since you don't have to paper shuffle. No award letter to sign and return unless you are making changes. The new Director seems to be doing well! I good leader really can change things quickly.

According to my kid and multiple colleagues the service at Ross N.J. Financial Aid and Bursar's Depts has been fantastic. Financial aid checks are received within DAYS (same week) of Ross receiving the disbursment from lenders. The staff have been very helpful on the phone and promptly reply to email inquiries. Someone must have attended a seminar, or whatever, but things are looking up as far as customer service.
