Health Questionnaire for Kings

Can someone who rotated through Kings County Hospital answer this for me please?--Did you complete a health questionnaire and mail it to Ross before you started your medicine clerkship? Did you only mail the first page of the questionnaire? or did you wait until you got all your physical and lab titers and then you mailed the Questionnaire to Ross?

Please reply. Thanks

i know this doesnt answer your quesiton, and i realize you may not want to read this, but i heard kings is rough and tough...but, i hear theres a handfull of students who come out really liking the rotation because of the freedom you have there to do things on your own. where studetns in kings are writing doctors orders and admitting patients on their own, students in other hospitals are made to seem like they're not to even lay a finger on a doctor's order form. so enjoy the rotation knwoing that your colleagues in MOST other places (not all) are not held at the same level of independence tha tyou are. good luck.
