Word of Advice

A word of warning to those people reading this and various other forums; remember that forums give people a place to voice their complaints. I am at Ross, some of people have valid complaints, but every place has its problems. I was in another professional school before coming here and people had many of the same concerns of the administration being corrupt, teachers failing too many students, etc etc. The list goes on and on. Yes there are problems, yes people are trying to fix the problems, yes you can graduate from Ross and be an MD. Research your decision, be prepared to work hard, and it will work out.

Enjoy,
Zedpol

advice

Advice is well taken. We can't help a lot of matters here, including the entrenched 'island attitude' with campus services (which really isn't bad anyway, if we were on vacation!) and the Administration being the Administration...

Rely On Self Study! Just work hard, and the time is already passing fast here.

agree

I think we finally found something we can all agree on! Despite what is said here sometimes I think most people are proud to be here and take pride in being a Ross student.

PROUD TO BE RUSM STUDENT

Beleive it or not, I'm already proud to be a Ross Student. Despite all the remarks I've heard from people around, (ie) Why are you going there?, Why aren't you going to UCLA?

I've never cared to listen to people's negative comments. I've always liked to be original and unique. I don't consider myself a tranditional person, therefore that was one of my reasons for choosing ROSS. I don't regret it and I'm very proud to have been accepted for Jan 2004!

I'm so proud to be a RUSM Student, that I've always bought a few things in school colors!

colors

What are the school colors? Does the book store sell Ross T-shirts? I'm hoping to get T-shirts for my family for Christmas. Among other things of course.....

RUSM

If you've looked at the www.ROSSMED.edu website, you've seen the school colors. You can buy a lot of different things in the on campus bookstore with Ross written all over it.

As Pablo said, many students are happy to be here and proud of Ross.
