For those that are interested, take it with a grain of salt but this seems to be the best one I've seen so far.

The 2-digit scores are off compared to the 3-digit score. Scoring in the 230s now does not equal over 90, more like 85ish.

Correct, they always have been. However the 2 digit equivalent of 75 is always set as the minimum passing score for the exam. Reason is some states have written in legislature that to get a professional license to practice medicine you need 75 or higher on Step exams. All this is moot anyway as NBME only reports 2 digit scores to yourself and any states when you apply for licensure (for above reason). Residency programs only get a 3 digit score as of last year. What I'm saying by all this is that it doesn't matter if this convertor gets the 2 digit right or not, that doesn't matter anymore and it's still a good convertor for the 3 digit which is what you should be concerned about.

Actually in July a score of 232 was a 99 on the 2 digit score
