    How to finish in 1.5 years?

    Some appear to complete Ross Med courses in 1.5 years. Can someone please shed some light on how would one go about doing that.

    It is not possible. 1.5 years is referring to the amount of time you spend on the island and Miami. After that, you still have your rotations to do, which take about 2+ years.

    I meant the time spent on the island, given that the normal curriculum is 2 years.

    what would you say is the percent of students who successfully complete all terms, w/o taking breaks?

    1.5 years? I am liking this. Are the other carib schools the same?

    You are suppose to continue your studies nonstop for 5 semesters...its not really a choice if you want to take a break or not

    In order to take a break, you have to go through a process of asking for permission from the school board and give reasons why you need it etc.

    I believe all the carib schools are like this except St George which I believe they get the summers off (youd have to ask on their forum to make sure)....the different btwn Ross and the other carib schools is that you only do 16 months on island where as the other schools you do 19-20 months on island ....this is bc 5th semester at Ross can be done in the US
