    Good things about Ross

So, I've been looking eveywhere online for more info about Ross and all I've seen has been bad things. Ie. They just want your money, a lot of people fail out it transfer, profs don't pay much attention to students.

However I find it really hard to believe that there is nothing good for people to say about such an established med school. I want to hear the good things about Ross and why it is advantageous to attend this school over other Caribbean schools.

No bashing please, just honest answers.

Accredited in all 50 US States.
    Federal funding.
More established=better recognized by residency programs.

This is a mixed blessing but take it for what it is... I have been alive for about three decades, have travelled extensively, and have still been utterly entranced by some of the incredibly shallow arrogance and narcissism of some of the students here. It's like being 12 again, and full of wonder. Some of the people you will encounter here must be the WORST HUMAN BEINGS in the world. How is that a positive? Well, WORST is a superlative. It beats boring and mediocre. You don't typically get these opportunities outside of prison lol.

It's uplifting and encouraging to hear success stories but times have changed since you were in the Carib. Now it's the clinical experience that sets the top schools apart. The OP's question was why go to Ross and not one of the other top schools? Would currect Ross clinical students be encouraging? It's these students I'd like to hear from.

That is encouraging. What line of work are you in? I may give it a try if this Ross thing doesn't work out.
