may exam schedule...
Yeah, I wonder why they didn't annouce this at least a semester in advance? They change policies lightning quick!!! Also, you are never really preparing for some random "shelf" exam...your mind is geared towards the last mini, which could make or break you. If you think about it...they are actually giving us close to 2 weeks to study after classes end!!!

The school better reimburse students for the 100 dollar penalty fee for changing flight plans. I thought I would leave Thurs. after the local final, but now I guess I won't be leaving.
It's great that the school has given students more time to study (and actually learn the material) for the grueling shelf/local finals. I never believed cramming all that material was conducive to learning. No way can you have an accelerated medical curriculum. It's great Dean Obenshain has realized how accelerated the curriculum here is at Ross and how it is impossible to do well on the shelves given the time limit we have. It's great to see someone acting on this at last. Too bad I'm a 4th semester now. I'm still trying to study what I didn't have time to study for the 1st, 2nd semester shelf exams and the 3rd semester local finals! |
