Thread: MPS for 5th?

Hi, I was wondering if someone can please tell me if there is an MPS for 5th semester in Miami or not. Anyone know what the passing grade was last semester?

no mps....however they have some sort of system based on a curve. I don't think anyone will ever figure that one out though.

alot of the curve depends on whether you are on Dr F's good side or bad side. I have absolutley nothing to substantiate this next claim, but i feel there is a very large subjective component to the final grade.

Just for reassurance, very very few people fail 5th. The few that did fail actually did not have to repeat the semester. They just had to remediate the portions of their grade that was unsatisfactory (eg the physical exam skills test) until they met passing criteria.

From what a few kids in 5th now at PMH have said, you need to get an 80 on your complete PE to pass. You have a shot to retake it though before 5th is over. There is a final too but not sure what MPS is for that.
