if you grad with high gpa from Ross and/or got high step1/2 score come in here

what were your stats coming to Ross? I am curious because I don't believe someone with 2.0gpa and 19 MCAT can turn around so much and get close to 4.0 and 99tile on steps. I mean that would mean they were high on drugs in college. That is just beyond me how someone can turn around so much.

I think if you are able to identify what made you not do well in college and make an effort to rectify that then you can make a complete turn around, just how some people are able to make a 4.0 gpa in junior and senior years while they might have been getting 2.5 prior.
On the other hand if you put in all you got and were still getting 2.5 then i would reconsider getting into medicine.

even though I HOPE you correct at this, I somehow doubt getting 4.0 at Ross has anything to do with FAITH...

After doing all that you can, such as studying hard, then you can call on faith.

I had really really crappy grades in college, around the previously mentioned, and I was working as hard as I could. Med school seemed really really easy in comparison...

what was your major and college you went to? I feel the same with my college but then again I probably had one of the hardest majors in school.

i had As in classes i studied for and Cs in classes i didn't. Only thing i need to do is make sure I study for all classes. Don't want to repeat my habits from undergrad. But i know i can make it in med school with lots of hard work.

University of Michigan Biochemistry major was impossible.
I was also a varsity athlete and between the two of those little ditties I manage to fiercely sink a GPA.

In hindsight, I would have been an English or Liberal Arts major and just taken the pre-med pre-reqs.

    Words to live by.
