Financial Aid Office Response

I would appreciate any help that you can offer.
I have received the same email four times from Financial Aid Administrative Assistant,(NJ office) that is requesting my FAFSA application to be filled out(after March 24).
I filled it out on March 23 and received confirmation that my information had been forwarded to Ross University on March 24.
I have sent her emails and tried to call her and left a message , but have received no response except for the same email to be forwarded to me again and again.
This e-mail does also mention something about the form SFAA to be filled out , however, I have only received the welcome packet and have received no other documents to be filled out.
I did find and download Ways & Means of Financial
Aid from the school website, but not the actual SFAA form. If anyone knows if there is something else that needs to be done or can help me figure out what they are looking for, I would appreciate it.
Thank you.

Re: FA Response

The Financial Aid Office is busy sending out Award letters and processing the financial aid for the May 2004 students. A lot of May students are angry because they have not yet received the Award Letters, which include the SFAA as well as the Loan applications. Some feel that the office is too busy to even answer the phone. If you are a May student, make sure you file both the 2003-2004 and 2004-2005 FAFSAs. See the “Financial Aid Office Sux” thread for more info. and advice.

Good luck!

Financial Aid Office Response

Hi Bonis!
I'm in the same exact situation.
I've called the office and left multiple messages for them.
So far NO RESPONSE. No luck getting someone on the phone live either.
Does anyone have any suggestions or comment? Please share.
Any info is greately appreciated,

Billydoc.

me too

I'm in the same situation. I've filed my FAFSA so it seems if we've done that all we can do is wait. I just got my welcome pack on Monday and that's the same day I filled the FAFSA. Unfortunately I have to wait for my mailed signature to go through. I told this to the person who I talked to in New Jersey, and she assured me that if I had filled out the FAFSA that I would be able to get my money for May.
I hope so. No money = no school!

As I said before

As I said before, the school will let you start as long as you have been approved for funding. Don't let this stress you out too much.

SAR

I filled out the FAFSA application electronically in December. I tried calling the office to make sure all was well and yet I may be the last to receive my award letter. How irresponsible can these people in FA office be?
