Has anyone else been reading the other threads? They're a bit intimidating/scaring the crap out of me. Apparently like 200 kids end up dropping out before graduating...kind of sick. Not what I want to read while I'm studying for finals right now...

i'm from NY, but will be leaving end of June when my lease is up! my family is in Chicago. i went to NYU and am currently on my year off working at NYUSOM.

You have to think of the size of class and types of students accepted. Ross is giving chances to a lot of students who have then passion... but maybe not the endurance. If it were easy, everyone would do it. I am sure island life is hard, being away from home is hard and the class work and demands of school will take their toll. I wouldn't let it scare you, let it motivate you to do well!

nothing should scare us off, if we made it this far, its not easy to back down; all it takes is few more years of hard work, there is light in the end of the tunnel , cant wait to meet all of you guys...
when are u guys planning on flyin to dominica; and whose going from NY
